Foreign Governments
RPT assists foreign government entities in the procurement of equipment and services that will help them successfully complete their missions. RPT has developed and optimized dealer/distribution networks in multiple foreign markets in an effort to streamline the procurement efforts of foreign government entities within their country. Utilizing these networks RPT offers a sole source justification for the foreign government entities to help procure their equipment. RPT has focused on providing procurement benefits to the foreign government entities since its inception as we understand that our allies deserve the same equipment that the U.S. forces have. Many of the other U.S. logistics companies with a large domestic market do not often understand the foreign market complexities or do not have the bandwidth to focus on these markets.
Defense Industry Manufactures
RPT works exclusively with many of the leading manufactures in the defense industry and coordinates the exportation and importation of International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) and Arms Export Control Act (AECA) controlled products as well as Export Administration Regulations (EAR) products to both the dealer/distribution networks and directly to foreign government entities. RPT manages all of the collaborative efforts between the manufacturers and foreign dealer/distribution networks, or foreign government entities including all sales related activities, customer prospecting, and marketing programs. RPT can act as standalone international sales/distribution arm for the manufacturers, or work in conjunction with the manufacturer’s in house international sales manager.
Foreign Dealer/Distribution Network
RPT seeks to develop working relationships with “in country” agents to assist with the required importation and delivery functions needed for the timely and accurate deliveries of International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) and Arms Export Control Act (AECA) controlled products as well as Export Administration Regulations (EAR) products foreign government entities have purchased. RPT’s foreign agents work within their assigned territory to establish direct relationships with foreign government entities end users and other sources to introduce products and provide sales related support.
